In good physical condition with no major cracks or damage. Includes only the lower valance as shown. Most mounting tabs are fully intact with no cracks, however one side hole is torn as shown. You will need to reuse your existing hardware for installation.

In typical used cosmetic condition with some minor fading and scratches in the plastic finish.
