Physical Condition:
In typical physical condition due to some damage in the mounting holes and typical light bends and warping along the lower edge. These indentations are not directly visible when installed on the vehicle.
Cosmetic Condition:
In typical used cosmetic condition with some heavier chipping in the finish of the lower corner as shown. Due to the paint finish being  worn away there is some surface rusting as shown. You may want to have this panel refinished prior to installation.
